SHIPPING POLICY
At Dimat Cards, we are collectors ourselves. We know that the condition of a card is everything, which is why we treat every shipment with maximum care.
1. Processing Times
All orders are processed within [1-2] business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (e.g., during a new set release), shipments may be delayed by a few days.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout:

Free Shipping: Available for orders over CHF 89.00.
3. Professional Packaging (Our Quality Promise)
To ensure your items arrive in "Mint" condition, we use industry-standard protection:
- Single Cards: Always shipped in a Sleeve and Toploader (or Card Saver), secured between rigid cardboard to prevent bending.

Sealed Products (Boxes/ETBs): Wrapped in heavy-duty bubble wrap and shipped in sturdy cardboard boxes to prevent corner dings or tears in the shrink-wrap.
4. Tracking Information
You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Dimat Cards is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
6. Damages & Claims
We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping if you do not follow these steps:
- If the package arrives visibly damaged, please sign for it "with reservations" or refuse the delivery.

Unboxing Video: For your protection and ours, we strongly recommend filming a continuous unboxing video. This is the only valid proof in case of missing items or internal damage.
