REFUND & RETURN POLICY
Thank you for shopping at Dimat Cards. Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights regarding returns and refunds for Pokémon and One Piece TCG products.

1. GENERAL RETURN WINDOW
In accordance with consumer protection guidelines, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return for eligible items.

2. RETURN ELIGIBILITY & CONDITIONS
Due to the collectible nature and market volatility of trading cards, specific conditions apply:
  • Sealed Products (Booster Boxes, ETBs, Decks):
    Returns are only accepted if the product remains in its original, factory-sealed condition with all shrink-wrap and security seals intact. Once the seal is broken or the packaging is opened, the item is no longer eligible for a return.
  • Single Cards:
    All sales of single cards are final. Returns are only considered if the card received is incorrect (wrong card/set) or if the condition significantly differs from the description provided.
  • Graded Cards (PSA, BGS, etc.):
    Returns are not accepted once the tamper-evident slab has been damaged or compromised.

3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
  • Opened booster packs or individual cards pulled from packs.
  • Digital code cards (e.g., Pokémon TCG Live codes).
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance".

4. RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return, please contact us at vyndimatteo@icloud.com with:
  1. Your Order Number.
  2. Clear photos of the product and its current packaging.
  3. A brief description of the reason for return.

5. SHIPPING COSTS & REFUNDS
  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If we made a mistake or the item arrived damaged, we will provide a pre-paid return label or a full refund.
  • Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee may apply to cover payment processing fees and handling costs.
